Due to phenomenal demand, the Gaiety Panto has announced extra performances of Aladdin as tickets have been snapped up. Tickets are on sale now from €19.50 (including booking fee) for the brand new extra dates from 9 – 19 January 2020.
Take a magical carpet ride to this year’s Gaiety Pantomime, Aladdin. An Arabian tale of true love, magic wishes and dastardly dealings, this year’s Panto will excite and delight all ages with the extra helping of song, dance, slapstick and laughter that you would come to expect from the Gaiety’s festive extravaganza.
The mystical ‘Cave of Wonder’ holds the magic lamp that can only be recovered by one of true heart. Our hero Aladdin, is tricked by his devious “Uncle” into retrieving the lamp and we enter a world of wonder and awe as our ‘Genie of the Lamp’ makes his wishes come true. However, be careful what you wish for as you may end up with more than you bargained for…!
With a stellar cast of favourites including Joe Conlan as ‘Widow Twankey’ and Nicholas Grennell as ‘Abanazer’ we also introduce to you West End talent Julian Capolei as ‘Aladdin’ and the gorgeous ‘Suzie Seweify’ as ‘Princess Jasmine’.
This is no ordinary panto, it’s the Gaiety Panto!
The Gaiety Theatre has hosted the annual Christmas Panto each year since 1873. Today, families come from far and wide to experience the Gaiety Christmas Panto and for many it has become as much a family Christmas tradition as Santa himself!
